作者简介
陆薇,教育部大学外语教学指导委员会委员、北京语言大学应用外语学院院长、英语学院教授、北京外国语大学客座研究员。曾为美国哥伦比亚大学、英国曼彻斯特大学访问学者、联合国教科文组织大会翻译。主要教学和研究方向为英美文学、比较文学、英语教育、文学翻译等,曾在国内外发表论文多篇。出版专著、译著、教材多部。获得过北京市哲学与社会科学优秀成果奖、北京市青年骨干教师等荣誉。2012年作为设计者和主讲教师领衔推出的Mooc课程“中国文化系列英文讲座”被评选为国家级精品视频公开课,并获得北京市高等教育教学成果一等奖。兼任国家社科基金、教育部社科基金、国家留学基金委、北京市社科规划办的评审专家。

教材编写团队全部为北京语言大学专业英语教师,大部分具有博士学位和副教授以上职称,其中包括外教社杯全国英语教学大赛的获奖教师。
