  陈谊、彭丽巍主编的《涉外企业管理实务(英文版全国高等院校基于工作过程的校企合作系列教材)》分为六个模块:涉外企业管理基础认知、战略管理、人力资源管理、营销管理、运作管理和企业伦理管理。学生在学习中先了解涉外企业管理的现状与特点,然后通过战略管理、人力资源决策、市场营销决策、生产与服务决策等内容的学习及实训,掌握企业从建立到销售产品、获得利润的一个总体规划过程。最后针对当前社会对企业责任的要求,编写了企业伦理管理与社会责任等内容,培养学生的基本企业伦理道德。
